Do you ship regularly?
Despite the inconvenience and the current emergency, our logistics operators are working at full speed to process orders as quickly as possible, for shipments to Italy and abroad. However orders supply (as well as the sending of tracking numbers) could take over 72 working hours and shipments may be delayed.
The delivery tracking link does not work and I can’t trace my order
If your order is experiencing the aforementioned delay, the tracking link may also take up to 4 working days from the time of the order before becoming active.
Are there stock issues?
No, we currently have sufficient stocks to meet all orders. However, since the situation is still critical and constantly updated, we can only consider the current state. We do our best to keep a high stock availability. If a specific item is not immediately available, you may find a valid alternative on our site.
What to do at delivery
Do I have to sign something? I’m a little scared of close contact…
Our couriers are concerned about close contacts as well. Your cooperation in this regard will be highly appreciated.
Should you need to change the delivery address, you can reply directly to the courier’s confirmation of taking charge of your delivery or you can choose to email us instead. Please try to be available on the estimated delivery date.
If 2 delivery attempts do not go through, we kindly ask you to email the courier as quickly as possible. You will have received an email by the same courier to inform you that your package has been placed in storage. Follow the link in the same email to request a new delivery to the same address or to an alternative address. Alternatively please contact us by email.
Important: Cash on delivery is unavailable
The health of our customers, partners and service providers is our top priority. To reduce the risk of contagion and spread of COVID-19 (Coronavirus) we have therefore decided, not to temporarily offer cash payment until further notice. Can you get COVID-19 through your products?
Our staff work have their temperature checked daily. They wear masks masks, visors, gloves. People and environments are sanitised. Offices and warehouses are sanitized following the health advice in force.
According to the World Health Organization (WHO), the likelihood of an infected person contaminating commercial goods is low as it is the risk of contracting the virus from a package that has been moved, handled and exposed to different conditions and temperatures.
As a prevention, you can still disinfect packages and goods with a simple disinfectant: in this way you will be sure that you have protected yourself and others.
Clean your hands with an alcohol-based product or wash them with soap and water. Avoid touching your eyes, mouth or nose.
